Who can use the group option?
Beauty schools, salons and spas, employers, and training programs that want to enroll several Florida licensees. Each person still needs their own active Florida Cosmetologist, Full Specialist, Nail Specialist or Facial Specialist license.
Does every person still get their own certificate?
Yes. Each licensee has their own account and their own certificate of completion, and we report each completion to the Florida DBPR.
How do you check licenses for a group?
Every license type, number and name is matched against the DBPR public records, the same way as for an individual. Your instructor or manager can register up to 100 people at once from the instructor panel, and each person gets an email invitation to set a password.
Can an instructor give the final quiz in person?
Yes. The instructor panel includes a printable quiz. After supervising it, the instructor enters the answers and the system grades them and issues the certificates. Students can also take the quiz online.
How do we pay for a group?
Contact us with the number of licensees you expect. We agree on the price and the payment steps with you before anyone enrolls.
Is the course in Spanish?
No. The course, quiz and certificate are in English. We publish Spanish guides on our Spanish blog so students understand the requirements and the process.
